Who We Are

Hi, we’re Maddie & Megan — the faces behind the brand and two Arizona girls who now call North Carolina home. Between us, we’ve got six kids (Maddie: 2 boys | Megan: 1 boy + 3 girls), so life is full, busy, and a little chaotic… and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

Our journey with Kamut flour started out West, where it became a staple in our kitchens. We loved how wholesome, nutritious, and versatile it was—but when we moved to North Carolina, we realized it wasn’t easy to find. Instead of going without, we decided to bring it here ourselves. And just like that, Free Spirit Harvest was born.

We’re busy moms just like you, passionate about making small, meaningful changes in our kitchens that feel doable and sustainable. For us, it started with switching our flour to Kamut. Now, we’re on a mission to share the benefits of this ancient grain with families across the Carolinas, helping make healthy, delicious food more accessible—and fun.

What is the return policy?

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Where are the current local pick-up locations?

Currently we are offering local pick-up in Cary, NC and Columbia, SC. Exact pick-up details will follow in the confirmation email following your order. If you would like further details, please feel free to email us freespiritgoods25@gmail.com.
When will I get my order?

We'll inform you of the scheduled drop date once shipping confirmation is received from our supplier. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.
Where are your flour and grains grown?

Our flour and grains sourced from Montana, USA, certified Kamut branded, grown following Kamut standards.
Is shipping offered?

We do not offer shipping at this time.

Are your products organic?

Yes, Kamut flour is organically grown, unmodified, and unhybridized.
Are there shipping or delivery fees?

We currently do not offer shipping as on option. There are no fees if you have selected local pick-up from our Cary, NC location. However, if you are ordering for pick-up at our Columbia, SC location, there will be a $10 delivery fee for any orders under $100 that will be due at pick-up.
